shows error(206)-- Template error

Hi all,
I have following bug in my website.

1. When i close my website for Maintenance, It shows "The template structure is not correct! - error(206)".
2. When i tried to read my cronjobs URL using my IP address, It also shows "The template structure is not correct! - error(206)".
3. I have done a little bit change in my CSS file, but My I didn't see any changes in my website. I have tested that CSS code in browser Inspect element that's works fine. I cleared my "/tmp" file, my browser cache but no change. Actually Its show my Link tag like this "default/css/A.styles.css.min?skey=fa2755212741965be7ff14c2234ee70b......."
4. My website doesn't show meta Keyword tag..

please extract it in your script root .

           Regarding meta Keyword Tag , do you want me to set default value in "SEO Setting" TAB?

And "ctrl+f5" is not solving my problem
